Ongoing Exhibition: Ennead Architects: Design Process. Led by renowned design firm Ennead Architects, LLP, the design for the expansion and renovation of the Asheville Art Museum will create an engaging center for the arts, transforming the museum with the addition of new permanent and changing exhibit galleries, collection and conservation space, a lecture hall, rooftop café and sculpture terrace and a dramatic new entry and museum shop.
The design process for the future expansion of the Asheville Art Museum is detailed through a special exhibition organized by the architects, which is currently on view in the Biltmore Gallery (gallery adjacent to Biltmore Avenue on the main level of the Museum).
