July 30, 5 Pm - 8 PM at Skyuka Fine Art 133 N Trade Street in Tryon, NC - "Women of Western North Carolina". The opening reception will be during the Tryon Gallery Trot on Saturday July 30th. The show features three exceptional artists; Linda Cheek, Shelia Wood Hancock and Kelly Phipps. The work produced for the show includes oil paintings that depict dramatic sunsets at dusk, inviting pastoral scenes drenched in glorious greens and blues in oils and pastels, and charming cityscapes of Tryon, Asheville and Marshall. The Show will continue through September 1, 2011.
