2013 AWE Conference: As Craft Artists, How Many Hats Do We Wear?

August 20, 2013, 9:00am-5:30pm  at HandMade in America, 125 S. Lexington Ave., Asheville, NC

HandMade in America (HIA) will celebrate the members of their Appalachian Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) program with a day-long conference full of opportunity and community. This year’s theme is As Craft Artists, How Many Hats Do We Wear?

“The AWE Conference brings together women entrepreneurs from 25 counties in Western North Carolina. It is a day for these women to step out of their studios, network and meet with consultants who are experts in their fields. It is a day to celebrate who they are and what they have accomplished!”

The AWE Conference 2013 is free; priority will be given to current AWE members, however non-members will be put on a waiting list and notified. Registration is required for all. To register for the 2013 AWE Conference, contact Linda LaBelle, AWE Coordinator at llabelle@handmadeinamerica.org. Click here to become an AWE member or HIA member.
