Aaron Morgan Photography on Display in Bryson City
Through the end of September the photography of Smoky Mountain Times Reporter Aaron Morgan will be on display at the Marianna Black Library. The image here of yellow flowers, the Chamber of Commerce fountain and the Old Swain County Courthouse reflected in the Chamber window was taken around 9 p.m. in late May this year. Aaron's passion for photography has centered on using dramatic light to create surreal night scenes. The display case in the library features what Aaron considers his "best work."

3rd Annual Celebration of the Arts in Spindale

A juried event with painting, pottery, sculpture, textiles, wood work, and jewelry handmade by 60 members of the Rutherford County Visual Artists Guild. Hours: 9 to 5 (Sunday 1 to 5).
