The Creative Sector Summit is an opportunity for networking and creative problem solving: for cross pollination, education, creation of sector advocacy, collaboration on initiatives and programs, to maximize funding opportunities, and as an opportunity for non-arts organizations to have a way to work with the sector effectively. With more and more national organizations realizing the incredible community building and economic development powers of creativity and the arts, it is imperative that Asheville (and beyond) galvanize and cooperate to make the most of the opportunities this recognition represents.
