September 1, 6 PM - Folk School chefs are gearing up for the next Culinary Collaboration Dinner, From the Mountains to the Sea - Southern France to Italy,
Showcasing the Folk School's cooking program and its many talented instructors, the dinner promises to be a memorable evening of creative food design, ambiance, and savory culinary delights.
The menu will feature dishes by Steve Cipriano, Nanette Davidson, Carla Owen, Barbara Swell, Susan Hutchinson, Martha Vining, Tony Pisconeri, and Penny & David Prichard. A full menu will be posted on our website in early August.
Tickets are available on the website or in person at the Folk School's Craft Shop. Admission is: $65 per person; $120 for couples; $450 for tables of 8.
