Rob Withrow opens kiln

It was like Christmas Eve last week over at Brasstown pottery studio, Smoke in the Mountains Pottery, because it's the time the big wood kiln is opened and unloaded.

Many potters from all over the region contribute pots to be fired the traditional way in Rob Withrow's huge wood kiln. This is Rob's 13th wood firing at his studio.  Read the interview with Rob on the John C Campbell Folk School Blog.
