August 27 at 8 PM The Color Ball is Back The Asheville Area Arts Council is bringing back the color ball, an event with an ever-changing color requirement in the dress code. This year attendees should get decked out in their finest turquoise attire and join the party at The Orange Peel to help celebrate and support the Asheville artist community.
The event is called The Turquoise Ball - A Celebration of Our Unique Culture. Planned events include a fashion show and performances by Paper Tiger, DJ Marley Carroll, Members of Asheville Symphony, sage, the Eternity dance troupe, Aerial Space Cadets, Santos, Barrett Smith and more!
