The Blowing Rock Art and History Museum (BRAHM) has been awarded a $5,000 Arts and Audiences Grant from the North Carolina Arts Council for one of the Museum’s grand opening exhibits: “Elliott Daingerfield: Art and Life in North Carolina.” The decision to support the BRAHM project during the state's ongoing fiscal crisis -- which resulted in a 15% budget cut for the Arts Council -- makes the grant even more significant.
